The UAE Football Association's Disciplinary Committee has imposed financial penalties on several clubs during its latest meeting, as reported on the association's official website. The committee fined Al Ain Club 20,000 dirhams for the offensive chants by its fans towards the opposing team's supporters. The same fine was imposed on Shabab Al Ahli Club. These penalties are in relation to the match between the two teams in the 22nd round of the ADNOC Pro League, held at Hazza bin Zayed Stadium in Al Ain, which ended with a 3-2 victory for Al Ain. In the U-21 league, the committee suspended Al-Sharjah player Abdullah Ahmed for two matches and fined him 7,500 dirhams for verbally abusing a match referee. In the UAE U-15 Cup, the committee declared Al-Madam the loser of its match against Al-Qalba with a 3-0 score and fined it 5,000 dirhams for the failure of an ambulance to arrive at the pitch. In the U-13 League 'B', the committee suspended Al-Nasr player Ajamer Samer for six matches and fined him 10,000 dirhams for spitting on an opposing player.
